The Feeling
The famous band’s rise began when they graduated Croydon’s Brit School in 1995, the same musical academy that kick-started The Kooks and Adele’s careers. The Feeling began performing covers as the resident band at an Alpine ski resort before going on to shake up the charts. Following a limited release of their first single Fill My Little World in late 2005, the band entered the UK Singles Chart at number seven with their first full release Sewn in February 2006.
The single was one of the year’s biggest radio hits, after being played first in the UK on the Dermot O’Leary Show on BBC Radio 2, along with their first live radio session. Their debut album Twelve Stops and Home was released in Britain on the 5th June 2006 and on 27 February 2007 in the US. Their second album, Join With Us was released in February 2008 and topped the UK charts.
The five-piece come together to make The Feeling a feature of the noughties and current music scene. Recognisable to the average ear, The Feeling are the perfect band for hire at a range of events. They have an exciting catalogue of hits, that have stirred crowds throughout the UK and abroad, with stunning songs such as Never Be Lonely, Sewn and Love It When You Call.
